Fitness Accessible to ALL

At I Can Fitness we believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to improve their lives, no matter their situation.

This is why we reserve one personal training spot a month for those most in need within our community. To apply, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page. 

Please note that we are not funded by any institution or government organisation.

Cross Fit Class


It is no secret that exercising regularly greatly improves your life. Not only will exercise improve your longevity of life, it will also significantly boost your mental health and give you a feeling of purpose and accomplishment.

We want to give those most in need within our community the tools to perform exercises safely and effectively.


On the last week of every month, a new candidate will receive their starting date.

Successful candidates will receive 4 weeks instruction (once per week) at High Street Fitness. Each session will involve different exercises to help broaden your understanding of the gym equipment and to help perfect form and tempo.

Upon completion of the sessions, you will be given a program based on your needs including the exercises performed during the sessions for you to carry on to keep making the positive changes.

This course is designed to help those who want to make changes but due to circumstances cannot afford a personal trainer.

Yoga by the Sea


To be eligible for this service, you must be at least 18 years old, have a membership to High Street Fitness and want to make a positive change to your life.

Also, meet at least one of the following criteria:

- Earn an income below £18,000 per year

- Single parent

- Full time carer for a family member
