Personalised Exercise Programs:
These are tailored around YOU, and give you the most effective way of achieving results. We design the workouts to work within your lifestyle, no matter how busy you are. Your workouts can be done at the gym, or at home if preferred. All of your workouts will be delivered using our personalised app and gives clear text and video instruction on how to perform each exercise. We also track your reps/sets and personal bests to measure your progress towards your final goal. We will also hold you accountable as we can see if exercises are performed or not.
We have 2 main methods for delivering nutrition that works based on YOU and your preferred method. We are one of very few coaches that offers this. Our newest system calculates every calorie for you, which means ZERO calorie counting, but still offers you full choice in what foods you want to eat. What's better than eating what you want, but without the calorie counting? We also educate you on how to eat meals out, and manage your social life, so it has minimal impact, while also still hitting your goals.
The main thing we focus on at I Can Fitness is ACCOUNTABILITY. This is where the results are truly made. Each week, you will receive a check in by myself where I go through your workouts, nutrition, steps and mindset. We make any necessary adjustments, and set new targets and challenges for you to strive for. We look at all the data and progress photos, and measurements and make sure you stay on track to reach your goals.
As a coach who has had many battles with myself and my own fitness, I know that support is vital for success. This is why I make it my mission to offer as much support as possible. You can contact me any day, anytime, 24/7. I will always get back within 24 hours at the very latest. Making a big change isn't easy, that's why I practice full openness and transparency with all my clients. I will also review any video form checks to give advice.
You will get access to our WhatsApp community, where there are many like minded people who offer each other support, share wins and pick each other up when low. We run monthly competitions with prizes involved and we strive to host meet ups every few months, normally involves a group gym session, or yoga class.

What is Online Coaching?
It is a PT in your pocket. Instead of seeing a PT once or twice a week, you have 24 hours access to an online coach, because we understand that losing weight is much more than just going to the gym.
Your program is tailored to you. I work with clients who cannot/will not go to a gym who require home workouts. I work with clients who are addicted to the gym, and cannot get enough of it. I also have clients who cannot workout and require focus on nutrition, steps and habits. Everything is tailored to you.
It is affordable. Far more cost effective than Personal Training, cheaper than drinking Starbucks everyday and is an investment into your long term health and fitness.
More reliable. Your Personal Trainer can leave the gym at any point and you have to start again. A coach can work with you no matter where we are.
It is educational. I don't just give you exercise and meal plans and send you on your way. I teach you everything I know, so you will never struggle with your weight or workouts again.

Do I need a gym membership or buy equipment for home workouts?
Absolutely not! Most of my clients only workout from home and have no intention of joining a gym. I supply the equipment for home workouts.
What if I have dietary requirements?
Not a problem at all! I have worked with almost every type of requirement from vegan to coeliac.
What if I have don't have much time?
Most of my clients are very busy. As long as you have time to commit to at least 1-2 short workouts a week, we can workout around anything else.
